Job summary

Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. is seeking a technical support representative to assist distributors, dealers, national accounts and end users across the Little Wonder, Mantis and Classen lines.

You will troubleshoot, train and educate customers to maximize product uptime and satisfaction while supporting strategic partnerships with Home Depot Tool Rental and the AriensCo dealer network. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to deepen product knowledge, provide field support, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting dealer networks, rental customers, or national retail accounts preferred.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - team player.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Power Point presentations. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Oracle) preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with dealers, distributors, rental partners, and national account personnel through responsive technical support and customer service.
• Works with engineering, product management and quality to develop technical knowledge of Classen, Little Wonder and Mantis products.
• Analyzes reports from national accounts and distributors to identify trends and improvements for uptime, parts availability, warranties, and service.
• Supports service and warranty teams with technical inquiries on operation, diagnostics, repair, parts, and orders.
• Performs field visits to dealers and national accounts to train, monitor performance, and address concerns.
• Collects field intelligence on competitive products, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Monitors product complaints and escalates unusual issues with engineering and product management.
• Assists sales/marketing with development of product training materials and dealer education programs.
