Job summary

Monroe Tractor & Implement Co. is seeking a Sprayer & Application Product Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for sprayer and application equipment across our territory.

The role supports customers, branch service teams, and sales staff through equipment inspections, setup and startup assistance, calibration support, troubleshooting, technician training, operator training, demonstrations, and parts and service opportunity development.

Qualifications

• Experience with sprayer and application equipment service and support.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and operational systems.
• Experience supporting field or technical tiers in a dealer/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of sprayer and application equipment.
• Identify repair, maintenance, calibration, software update, and parts needs to create service opportunities.
• Provide phone, remote, and on-site troubleshooting support for technicians and customers.
• Serve as first-line escalation for advanced application-related questions.
• Diagnose and train technicians on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues.
• Support machine setup, commissioning, and startup for new equipment sales.
• Help customers and branches understand operation, settings, and best practices.
• Assist with software updates and product improvements as needed.
• Deliver operator training for farmers and commercial operators.
• Take customer parts orders related to sprayer equipment and coordinate through branches.
