Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is hiring a Field Service Technician to install and troubleshoot a full line of technology products (base/rover/laser & RTK network) for agricultural equipment.

You will train customers and support internal staff while traveling extensively to customer sites. The role demands strong technical/mechanical experience, solid customer service, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service installation and troubleshooting of AGCO/Technology products.
• Provide on-site or call-in service support for customer agreements.
• Complete service reports and warranty paperwork within 24 hours of labor.
• Assist in warehouse testing and upgrading technology components.
• Maintain documentation of service literature and training materials.
