Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Technology Products Service & Support Technician to install and troubleshoot a full line of technology products in the field.

The role requires 3+ years technical or mechanical experience and 3+ years customer service, with 75–100% travel. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and a 401K with company contribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site field service installations and troubleshooting for Technology Products.
• Completes detailed service reports within 24 hours of last labor.
• Maintains and submits warranty paperwork promptly.
• Provides customer training and support for installations and upgrades.
• Travels 75–100% as required.
• Supports service managers and sales staff with product knowledge and updates.
