Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Technology Products Service & Support Technician to install and troubleshoot a full line of technology products, including AccuGrade and related machine-control systems, across customer sites.

The role requires 3+ years in technical/mechanical work and 3+ years in customer service, with travel 75–100% and a pay rate of $37–$47 per hour. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401K plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years technical or mechanical experience (machine service/maintenance).
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes detailed service reports within 24 hours after last labor.
• Performs on-site service and troubleshooting for technology products.
• Maintains paperwork, warranty documentation, and parts handling.
• Travels 75%–100% to customer sites and WECo locations.
