Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Field Technician in Little Rock, Arkansas to perform construction materials testing and site observations under supervision. You will operate testing equipment, analyze data, and document results while following drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in field or lab testing, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Overtime and off-shift work may be required; safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of field or lab construction materials testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
• Flexible for off-shift and overtime as needed.
• Regional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of testing and observations under supervision and/or detailed procedures.
• Operates testing equipment and conducts testing and provides data assessment.
• Works utilizing drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Maintains detailed documentation and data from test results.
• Communicates effectively with client and project teams.
• Adheres to safety practices and policies.
