SageWater is seeking a Field Tech for our Hawaii Construction Defect Division. The role focuses on delivering high-quality finishing work on occupied condos and apartments, while maintaining clear communication with clients.
The ideal candidate has 0-1+ years’ experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs. This full-time, non-exempt position is based on site and reports to the Project Lead.

This Field Tech role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
