Job summary

SageWater is seeking a Field Tech (General Laborer) for the West Coast division in San Diego, CA. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, with full-time, non-exempt status.

A strong work ethic and ability to lift 50-100 lbs are required on a daily basis. The role involves assisting with pipe installation, fixture replacement, and site cleanup, using hand and power tools safely, while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of plumbing experience preferred, but open to those with related construction experience.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipe installation and fixture replacement
• Demo and remove old plumbing systems
• Move and organize tools, pipe, and fittings
• Assisting with cleanup for core drilling
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow directions and safety protocols
• Removal and disposal of trash, dust and debris
• Lift and move materials as needed (50-100 lbs regularly)
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
