This full-time, hourly role reports to the Project Manager and Plumbing Supervisor, involves ordering materials, reading blueprints, and ensuring work meets UPC standards.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License in Hawaii
• Experience leading a plumbing crew or apprentices
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Own basic hand tools
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs
• Must reside in Hawaii
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

About THIS OPPORTUNITY:

As a Plumber Lead at SageWater, you will lead a crew on our high-rise condo repiping projects. The ideal candidate is a dedicated licensed journeyman professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates effectively with their crew and co-workers, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. The Plumber Lead is responsible for managing a crew of 3–6 plumbers, ordering materials, understanding blueprints, and diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing repipe systems in residential high-rise condo properties. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, reporting to the Project Manager and Plumbing Supervisor, and working closely with the onsite team. On-the-job training will also be provided for the right candidates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 plumbers
• Order materials to keep projects on schedule
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing repipe systems to UPC code standards
• Mentor and guide apprentices and less experienced team members
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and residents
• Follow company quality standards and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License in the state of Hawaii
• Experience leading a plumbing crew or apprentices
• 5+ years of experience working in plumbing
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
• Own basic hand tools
• Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Have reliable transportation to job site daily
• Must already reside in the state of Hawaii

Salary Range: $45 - $55 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
