SageWater is seeking a Plumber Mechanic to work on high-rise condo repiping projects in Oahu, Hawaii. You will focus on delivering quality plumbing work while maintaining a professional presence on each job site, supporting licensed plumbers when needed.

This full-time, hourly role requires safety-conscious work habits, organization, and a commitment to long-term career growth within a growing company. The position reports to the Project Manager and offers on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete pipe installation and fixture replacement.
• Demo and remove old plumbing systems.
• Move and organize tools, pipe, and fittings.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Follow directions and safety protocols.

Your primary focus is completing quality plumbing work while maintaining a professional presence on every job site. The Plumber Mechanic position requires the ability to work safely, support licensed plumbers, and maintain organized, clean job sites. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, Hawaii, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
