Job summary

Aria Care Partners in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Field Team Manager to support clinical field staff and ensure performance and patient-focused care across our market. You will lead ongoing performance reviews, coordinate training with the Dental Systems Trainer, and partner with Clinical Care Coordinators to meet staffing needs.

You’ll manage 1:1s, document disciplinary actions, participate in hiring, and stay accessible to the team throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing performance management for all direct reports.
• Conduct and document disciplinary actions as needed, up to and including terminations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with field team members and provide consistent feedback.
• Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines.
• Partner with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Coordinate ongoing training for existing field team members with the Dental Systems Trainer.
• Interview and participate in the hiring process for new field team members.
• Remain accessible to field team members throughout the day to support operations and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support team success.
