Aria Care Partners is seeking a Dental Training Manager to lead development and delivery of training across Dental Operations. You will own training content, manuals, video resources, and SharePoint knowledge repositories to ensure access to up-to-date operational information.

You will collaborate with Dental Operations leadership to identify training needs, drive standardization, onboard new hires, and support change management and system implementations across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, or related leadership roles.
• Previous experience developing and delivering training programs required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Dental Systems Trainer and related training functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs for Dental Operations.
• Establish onboarding curricula for new hires and role-specific development plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-guided training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Identify training gaps and develop solutions to improve competence and confidence.
