Job summary

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Field Team Manager to support clinical field teams and ensure patient-focused care across markets. The role partners with Clinical Care Coordinators to meet staffing needs and drive service excellence in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates have dental office management experience and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead, train, and mentor field teams. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Dental office management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing performance management for all direct reports.
• Conduct and document disciplinary actions as needed, up to and including terminations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with field team members and provide consistent feedback.
• Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines.
• Partner with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Coordinate ongoing training for existing field team members with the Dental Systems Trainer.
• Interview and participate in the hiring process for new field team members.
• Remain accessible to field team members throughout the day to support operations and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support team success.
