Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
• Degree in management or training in team leading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise full-time/part-time staff and ensure customer happiness through effective communication, problem solving, and efficient processes.
• Create an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication culture and goal setting.
• Motivate team members to perform their best and recognize high performance.
• Coach staff through performance management, training needs, and coaching.
