Job summary

dnata Catering USA is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles across the business unit. You will partner with Operations Leaders and People & Culture to forecast workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and manage candidate experience from intake to onboarding.

The role emphasizes sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across hourly, salaried and leadership roles.
• Ability to develop proactive recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Proven sourcing across multiple channels and events.
• Strong interview and assessment capabilities with leadership potential.
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and timelines.
• Source pipelines through referrals, events and outreach.
• Screen, interview and present qualified candidates with recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain SLA compliance, dashboards and KPI reporting.
