Job summary

dnata Catering USA is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles within a centralized governance model. You will partner with the Director of Talent, People & Culture and Hiring Managers to forecast needs, manage SLAs, and ensure a consistent candidate experience.

You will proactively source talent, conduct interviews, guide onboarding, and drive reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting across hourly, salaried, and leadership roles.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and KPI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with SLAs and SOPs in Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency with Dayforce and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, and People & Culture.
• Recruit for high-volume frontline roles and for professional/management levels.
• Conduct intake meetings to align on requirements, timelines, and compensation.
• Develop talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates on skills and fit; present recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
