DN is seeking a Field Recruiter – Construction Operations to source, screen and hire craft workers and field personnel for projects across the United States. You will build strong relationships with unions, labor agencies and schools while driving recruiting strategy and episodic events.

In this role you will manage full-cycle recruiting, travel nationally as needed, and ensure hiring practices comply with all laws.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally as needed to support hiring initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft workers and field operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and initial onboarding activities for new hires.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies for full-time construction employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with unions, labor agencies, community organizations, schools, and job boards to expand DN’s talent pool.
• Plan, travel to and execute career fairs, hiring events, and brand exposure initiatives to attract top talent.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and ensure hiring goals align with operational needs.
• Manage and present recruitment data to track hiring trends and success rates.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
