Job summary

DN Tanks LLC is seeking a Field Recruiter - Construction Operations to source, screen, and hire field operations and craft talent for projects across the United States. You will build partnerships with unions, labor agencies, and educational partners to grow a robust talent pipeline and support DN's 2030 field capacity goals.

The role requires experience in construction recruiting, strong relationships, and the ability to travel nationally to hiring events and campuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners.
• Working knowledge of labor markets, workforce trends, and hiring challenges.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft workers and field operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing and hiring strategies for full-time construction employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with unions, labor agencies, and job boards to expand talent pool.
• Plan and execute career fairs, hiring events, and brand exposure initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align hiring goals with operational needs.
• Manage recruitment data and present trends and success rates.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
