Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, partnering with leaders, and delivering a positive candidate experience across our locations.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of recruiting experience, can travel up to 50% for field initiatives, and is proficient with Workday or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to develop talent pipelines and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience supporting field-based and trades roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and applicant tracking best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruit effectively.
• Source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations, and admin roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from posting to offers.
• Design and attend hiring events to promote FCC Environmental Services.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and communicate progress regularly.
• Travel up to 50% to support field recruiting initiatives.
