Piper Companies is seeking a Field Support Specialist to troubleshoot Oracle and Sun Systems hardware, firmware, and software in secure environments. You will perform firmware and software patching across enterprise environments and diagnose system failures.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, at least two years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication for customer support in national security programs.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting Oracle and Sun Systems hardware, firmware, and software.
• Experience performing firmware and software patching activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently in secure environments.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
