Rocsys in the San Francisco area is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to deploy and commission complex automated charging systems for electric vehicle fleets at customer sites worldwide.

You will integrate mechanical, electrical, and software elements, diagnose on-site issues, train customer teams, and travel to client sites frequently to ensure sustained system performance. The role blends hands-on field work with collaboration with our R&D and software teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related multidisciplinary field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
• Strong ability to diagnose field issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to train customer teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute commissioning, on-site acceptance testing, and handover to clients.
• Field test software and hardware and troubleshoot end-to-end systems.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to improve serviceability.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to deploy and support deployments.
• Translate field data into clear reports for stakeholders.
