Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks a senior CLS lead for the Mid-Range Capability Battery 1 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The role requires hands-on maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and training delivery on-site with U.S. Army interfaces. Occasional deployable assignments and liaison with LM stakeholders are expected.

The position emphasizes leadership, technical proficiency in MRC subsystems, and readiness for global travel, including OCONUS deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical expertise of Mid-Range Capability Systems and related disciplines.
• Willing to deploy to-wide locations worldwide, including post-offer pre-deployment checks.
• Experience working with U.S. Army customers and maintaining good relations.
• Secret clearance required prior to start; passport within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MRC CLS Team for Battery 1 and interface with U.S. Army leadership and LM stakeholders.
• Perform maintenance actions on all equipment and manage related work orders.
• Install/upgrade hardware, software and firmware; provide NET and Delta training to the unit.
• Coordinate with home station CLS Team and support deployable operations (OCONUS).
