Lockheed Martin at JBLM Washington (Ft. Lewis) seeks a Field Service Representative to conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot, and train customers on HIMARS systems.

The role acts as the on-site focal point for the customer, requiring deployment to various locations and a proactive, professional attitude. The ideal candidate will understand HIMARS/MLRS equipment, perform fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems, and maintain excellent customer

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing faulty assemblies, modules, and cables.
• Maintenance: Performing unit-level to Depot level maintenance on launchers (M270, HIMARS).
• Documentation: Completing maintenance forms, logs, and records; MS Office knowledge.
• Technical Skills: Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and using test equipment.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct functional tests and report non-conformities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Troubleshoots problems and determines technical solutions aligned with specs.
• Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
• Conducts technical training and product briefings with customers and vendors.
• Will deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required and maintain professional relations.
