Lockheed Martin in Colorado Springs near Ft. Carson is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to perform technical analysis of product implementations and resolve complex issues in accordance with customer specifications.

You will serve as the local on-site representative and may deploy to OCONUS locations as needed. The role requires experience evaluating electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to coordinate actions with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing faulty assemblies, modules, and cables.
Maintenance: Performing unit-level to Depot level maintenance on launchers (M270, HIMARS), knowledge on test equipment.
Documentation: Completing maintenance forms, logs, and records. A working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Technical Skills: Working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and specialized test equipment like the IETM.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct functional tests and post repair verification to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards.
