Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Field Service Representative with SECRET clearance for an assignment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) WA, supporting the IFPC Inc 2 missile defense system. The role involves on-site maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with a cross-functional CLS team.

The position is mission-essential with deployment requirements, possible overtime, and worldwide travel as needed. Candidates must pass medical and security screenings and hold a valid U.S. passport.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Must understand basic software networking and configure software/hardware for tests.
• Must upload and verify software packages and updates for launcher/interceptor solutions.
• Must meet deployment standards and have a valid U.S. passport with travel rights.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer in managing and monitoring maintenance and sustainment activities (scheduling services, HW config, troubleshooting, installation).
• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and failure troubleshooting across software, hardware, cabling, electrical systems, and networks.
• Create, update, and complete Work Orders with timely, professional maintenance reports.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Assist ongoing training programs with technical trainers to keep service members highly trained.
