MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MRA) seeks a Survey Field Technician/Helper for our Newark, Delaware office to assist the Survey Crew Chief with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. The role requires the ability to carry up to 50 pounds and a readiness to work outdoors.

You will draft survey maps, assist with stakeout, and help prepare plats and exhibits, while ensuring adherence to company CADD standards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey efforts and support crew.
• Draft and prepare survey maps and as-built drawings.
• Research and ensure compliance with CADD standards.
• Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats.
• Process topographic and location surveys.
• Assist with cut sheets and grade sheets.
