An understanding of construction plans and stakeout techniques is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include leading survey efforts, drafting maps and plats, researching and complying with CADD standards, producing survey data for

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide survey efforts, providing solutions for complex tasks and supporting less experienced staff.
• Draft and prepare survey maps, as-built drawings, surface models, and lot grading plans.
• Research independently and ensure compliance with company CADD standard.
• Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats.
• Process topographic and location surveys.
• Assist with cut sheets, grade sheets, and surface models.
• Organize and create survey exhibits.
• Prepare and deliver survey data for field crews.
