Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with desktop hardware, imaging, and deployment.
• Experience installing printers and configuring peripherals.
• Migrating data and user profiles.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Willingness to travel locally for the role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize service desk incidents and problems.
• Install and image new computers and load software for customers.
• Deploy business applications and configure printers and peripherals.
• Migrate data and user profiles during computer replacements.
• Document processes and provide status updates to customers and team.
