QBE, LLC is seeking a Field Support Technician (Boyers, PA) to resolve escalated Tier II end-user computing issues and perform secure, STIG-compliant configurations on desktops, laptops, printers, and MFDs. The role requires the ability to deploy images, manage hardware lifecycles, and coordinate vendor services on-site in Boyers, PA with up to 10% travel.

You will contribute to knowledge articles, support multiple security enclaves, and operate under DoD-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; equivalent substitutions allowed.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion with supervision.
• Experience with desktop support and IT hardware repair.

Responsabilités

• Tier II troubleshooting: analyze escalated incidents and determine resolution.
• Evaluate workstation config against baseline and implement changes.
• Plan deployments using STIG-compliant images and MECM/SCCM.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues and route to appropriate resolver group.
• Coordinate vendor service as liaison for devices and printers.
• Document resolutions for the knowledge base and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assess hardware lifecycle and advise on refresh or redeployment.
