Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Field Support Technician Associate to assist with new device installations and provide general support for client-side desktop technology. The role involves imaging, deploying, and maintaining end-user hardware across facilities in the New Orleans area.

You will install hardware/software, follow corporate policies, and uphold SLAs while traveling between facilities and supporting moves, adds, and changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.
• Preferred: Continuing education in a related field of study.
• Exhibit strong customer service, teamwork, initiative and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, updating, and supporting end-user desktop hardware.
• Install desktop hardware and software on to corporate network and directory infrastructure.
• Maintain SLAs and document/ escalate tickets as needed.
• Update asset management inventory with moves/adds/changes.
