S.A.M.S. Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to help our customers with identification and security needs. You will install and support access control, credentialing systems and door hardware while coordinating with manufacturers to troubleshoot equipment.

The role requires strong communication, PC and network knowledge, and a hands-on approach to diagnosing hardware and software issues. You will document calls, schedule installs, and maintain company vehicles and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and support access control, credentialing systems and door hardware.

• Document support calls via remote tech software.
• Schedule and perform installs, inspections and service calls at customer locations.
