Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of technical hands-on experience in security solutions, with locksmithing knowledge preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on field in security solutions.
• Instruct customers in system operation and recommend additional features.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and repair functions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and service access and video systems.
• Diffuses difficult customer issues and recommend corrective services.
• Acts as onsite project lead to meet project timelines and oversee technicians.
