Job summary

Coverall North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Representative (FSR) in Gainesville, FL to deliver exceptional customer service to customers and franchise owners.

The role coordinates information flow from Sales to Operations and conducts site surveys for National Accounts as well as accompany Franchise Owners on walk-throughs of new accounts. You will initiate calls, schedule walk-throughs, perform surveys, gather measurements, assist with contracts and service agreements, and support

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.
• Experience in service/operations with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and franchise owners.
• Sales and/or customer-facing experience in a service business.
• Ability to coordinate between franchise owners’ customers and the Franchise Business Owner.
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain core values under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, use email and Outlook; solid computer skills.
• Conflict resolution skills and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to FBOs, schedule and conduct in-person walk-throughs for new customers and returning inventory customers.
• Conduct walk-throughs with Franchise Owners when a customer requests a change in service provider.
• Conduct initial walk-through of new National Account properties for offering a commercial cleaning contract to a Coverall Franchised Business Owner.
• Perform scheduled surveys at National Account Customers.
• Gather measurements for new National Account customers or new services with existing national accounts.
• Provide primary customer service support and coordinate responses with FBOs who contact the support center.
• Document records and forms for Franchised Business Owners and their customers.
• Present and discuss Coverall Supply program and financing options with FBOs who purchase accounts and equipment.
• Work with FBO to obtain one-time service agreements for On Demand and Preventative Maintenance services.
• Assist with questions on monthly billing statements and recommend/sell necessary supplies.
