Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
Must pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel to neighboring counties up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Install, remove, and maintain electronic monitoring equipment and provide professional customer service.
Schedule installation and maintenance appointments for referrals and clients.
Monitor and manage daily communications, alerts, and maintenance issues.
Create and manage client accounts, track activity, and collect payments.
Submit participant completion, non-compliance, and payment reports to supervising agencies.
Administer urine analysis drug testing per protocol (training provided).
Coordinate daily billing and equipment maintenance communications.
Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
