Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone or in person to assist them with requests, questions about service, orders, and/or trouble tickets.
• Documents all interactions with customers in the account comments.
• Processes all orders that require field work, provisioning and/or equipment for proper routing and assignment.
• Dispatches all trouble calls out to technicians and any non-scheduled work with deadlines.
• Reviews service orders and trouble tickets for accuracy.
• Communicates with customers on follow-up calls to ensure services are working properly.
