Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure efficient dispatch and robust field support. You will help meet client demand by following SOPs and coordinating with field leadership to deliver safe, timely service across the eastern United States.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on safety and quality in every order.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams)

• Ability to wear steel-toed boots or obtain prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for the best possible client experience.
• Capture and accurately record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as applicable.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and use appropriate escalation/de-escalation tactics.
• Demonstrate ability to work quickly and accurately during Storm Response.
• Maintain knowledge of office and field policies to assist staff.
• Monitor and share information using internal software and systems.
• Use GPS tracking to monitor field locations for optimal dispatch routes.
• Collaborate across teams to meet client needs safely and timely.
• Understand workzones and staffing requirements for projects.
• Communicate essential information to field leadership and clients during Pre Construction processes.
• Prioritize safety in all decisions affecting client orders.
• Relay information clearly to field employees, leadership, clients, and safety personnel.
• Know company footprint and mobilization areas.
