Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Field Support Coordinator to assist field technicians performing Retail IT installations, repairs, and equipment replacements. You will serve as the primary contact between technicians, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, providing first-level support, maintaining accurate ticket records, and escalating concerns when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to field technicians.
