Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Field Support Specialist to act as a primary contact for field inquiries from sales teams and other stakeholders. You will manage incoming questions, ensure program protections, and identify adverse events and safety information in alignment with program requirements.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to safety reporting protocols.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED, or 0–3 months related experience.
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service; 5 years in health care business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage questions and inquiries from the field.
• Manage questions from the sales organizations.
• Ensure program protections are upheld.
• Identify and report adverse events per program requirements.
• Identify, document and report safety information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
