Responsibilities

• Create and implement safety plans and ensure daily compliance.
• Act as liaison between management and external safety agencies (e.g., OSHA, DEP).
• Coordinate safety incident reporting and maintain OSHA logs and reports.
• Review and update Safety SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure safety certifications (CPR, First Aid, Forklift, respirators) are up to date.
• Conduct safety inspections and life-safety equipment checks and renewals.
• Investigate onsite accidents and determine possible causes.
