Job summary

AssistRx is seeking a Field Support Specialist within the Patient Solutions team in Orlando, FL. You will serve as the primary contact for field-based inquiries from sales organizations and other stakeholders, handling questions, documenting safety information, and reporting adverse events in alignment with program requirements.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in healthcare/business, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive health care business experience (SPP, hospitals, or insurance).
• Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email/web-based applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage field-based questions and inquiries from sales organizations.
• Serve as primary contact for field-related inquiries within Patient Solutions.
• Ensure program protections are upheld and safety information is reported.
• Document and report adverse events per program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
