Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. seeks a Field Support Representative to support multiple client sites with mail, packages, and general office tasks.

The role is part of a temporary talent pool with assignments to backfill vacancies and cover short-term needs across disciplines such as mail, reception, and copy services. The position requires heavy travel (up to 75%), reliable transportation or a clean driving record, and reimbursement of travel expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Capable of performing the basic job functions under general direction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction (internal & external) by understanding expectations, proactively resolving issues, and strengthening relationships.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages; manage outgoing mail with proper post and shipping procedures.
• Organize and distribute office supplies; monitor inventory and handle copying/printing tasks; assist with general admin duties as needed.
