Responsibilities

• Assist loan applications, call flows, and related processes within the Field Support Program.
• Provide customer service on the phone and in office; address questions and concerns.
• Post payments and prepare loan documents; execute loan closings on renewals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and transport deposits per company policy.
• Maintain branch reports, participate in training, and support associates as needed.
• Follow up on delinquency reports and ensure compliance with procedures.
