World Finance seeks a Field Support Specialist to support loan applications, customer service, and daily branch operations. The role involves handling loan processing, payments, and basic account maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to serve customers across the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with a college level degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be licensed or have the ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products
• Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills
• Must be able to work well with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Basic computer skills required to perform daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist an entire state with loan applications, call volume flows, and other processes within Field Support Program.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers on the phone and in person with questions, concerns, and product knowledge
• Process loan applications for approval or denial and post payments
• Balance cash drawer and handle daily bank deposits
• Maintain delinquency and progress reports and support training for associates
