Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Field Support Lead to direct the Field Support Coordinators and Tool Coordinators during the wind project construction phase. You will ensure safety, inventory control, training, and adherence to defined processes across multiple sites, while coordinating with Field Support Managers and managing resources and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and SAP skills, with significant travel to construction sites and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of on-site site-level experience
• Experience with project management and training others
• Proficient in SAP for dispatch, stock, forecasting and planning
• LEAN experience and strong organizational skills
• Capable of remote work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and develop the Field Support team (3–5 Vestas employees and 3–5 contractors).
• Support safety policies and maintain a safe work environment; lead daily safety meetings.
• Train and mentor Field Support Coordinators and Tool Coordinators.
• Verify NCRs in SAP are accurately created and registered.
• Communicate with Field Support Managers and assist in scheduling and resources.
