Job summary

Vestas group operates wind farm sites and seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, reporting to the Site Manager. You will lead technicians, foster a safety culture, and ensure maintenance and operational activities meet performance targets.

You will coordinate schedules, liaise with clients to meet contractual obligations, and work with the Site Manager to optimize turbine efficiency while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in management/leadership is required.
• 3–5 years' leadership or service-industry experience considered.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate clearly.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• English reading and speaking proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient site operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and support to improve turbine performance.
• Manage technician schedules, assignments, and site logistics with Site Manager.
• Establish and promote a safety-focused work environment.
