Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Senior CPX Technical Supervisor to lead a team of Site Supervisors on installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning across multiple wind projects. This on-site role reports to the Lead Manager and emphasizes safety, quality, and schedule adherence at the site execution level.

The position requires strong leadership, coordination of staffing, and collaboration with Construction Managers to optimize cost, efficiency, and compliance with QA/QC and TSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with a strong Technical, Safety and Quality focus.
• Proven ability to lead teams of technicians and supervisors in a wind turbine environment.
• Experience interpreting drawings and schematics to validate work activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for Site Supervisors during turbine installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities.
• Communicate project status, schedules, technical specs, quality concerns, and risks via meetings, emails, RFIs.
• Develop manpower plans based on schedules, weather, staffing, and priorities.
