Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support OSP fiber projects across restoration, maintenance, and deployment. Based in a hybrid Minneapolis area role, you will work with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Requirements include a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, and strong communication and organizational skills, with 30–40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber network deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to plan, execute, and restore project activities.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to invoicing and closeout.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and safety standards.
• Inspect field work for quality and adherence to engineering designs.
