Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support construction projects for restoring, maintaining, and deploying Outside Plant fiber infrastructure. This hybrid role covers Altamonte Springs and nearby Florida locations, with travel to site projects and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering and Operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, fiber deployment experience (FTTx, GPON), and a strong ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CM/Engineering/Telecom.
4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination.
Experience with fiber deployments (FTTx, GPON).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to support planning, execution, and restoration.
Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through invoicing and completion.
Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and company standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quality.
Ensure compliance with engineering designs, specs, and safety standards.
Inspect OSP work prints and construction activities for accuracy.
Review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Provide field feedback to improve design and constructability.
Travel 30–40% and maintain project records in systems.
