Job summary
Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Field Support Administrator (FSA) to plan, coordinate, and support construction projects for Outside Plant fiber infrastructure, including FTTx and GPON. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction, engineering support, or project coordination.
- Experience with fiber network deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to support project planning, execution, and restoration efforts.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through invoicing/completion.
- Ensure project activities align with timelines, scope, and company standards.
- Inspect OSP work prints and construction activities for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Provide field feedback to improve design effectiveness and constructability.
- Review and approve contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
