Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT Field Engineer to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will implement Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities include configuring site networks, deploying hardware, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining asset records.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of IT field support, networking, or systems administration experience required.
Networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
